Mikko Ketokivi

I am a Professor of Operations Management and Organization Design at IE University. I am interested in the design, management, and governance of all kinds of organizations: small and large, public and private, for-profit and non-profit. I received my Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota in 2000.

Since the turn of the millennium, I have taught organization economics, governance, operations management, and statistical research methods in the U.S., France, Spain, Switzerland, Denmark, and my native Finland.

In Efficient Organization: A Governance Approach (Oxford University Press, 2023), my co-author Joseph T. Mahoney and I take a practical look at organization design and governance questions.
